Yugo je bil model avtomobila, kot jih je bilo v tistem času veliko. Tesla 3 pa se razlikuje od večine, njegov motor je med vožnjo skoraj neslišen, takšnih avtov pa je danes malo.

Ampak takrat si cakal na avto toliko casa ker si moral. Ti pa bodo cakali toliko casa ker tako na nek nacin zelijo. To je bolj bolezensko stanje kot kaj drugega. Ce bi bila normalna potreba potem ne mores cakati xy casa da dobis avto in ob tem uzivati da si v vrsti. Ko status cakanja na nekaj postane statusni simbol ...

Neumestna primerjava. V ZDA je folk pripravljen stati v vrsti zato, ker si želi točno določen izdelek, ki ga prva serija pač ne zmore v zadostnem številu. V Jugoslaviji smo stali v vrsti, ker drugih izdelkov ni bilo na razpolago, proizvodnja pa je redno zamujala povpraševanje. Edino kar je tukaj "čudež" je to, da ni šlo že vse prej v maloro.

Kaj imata skupnega ameriški in jugoslovanski čudež?

Tragikomično je bilo prebirati lansko pisanje o Jugu s strani nekoga, ki ob prihodu Juga mogoče še ni bil niti mlečnozobec. Ampak to ni bila nobena ovira za mnoge kategorične in avtoritativne populistične trditve, ki so ukrivljeni odsev dobile še v komentarjih.

Tisti "in memoriam" Jugu je bil plehka mešanica ene strani ljudskega izročila in reciklaž zahodnjaških reminiscenc garniranih z nekaj clarksonizmi. V tako površnem prežvekovanju nekakšnih legend seveda ni prostora za kaj več, na primer omembo drage gradnje proge Beograd - Bar in modernizacije pristanišča Bar, kar je javno sofinancirani (kot bi se danes reklo) projekt Jugo Amerika napihnilo v megaprojekt.

Zaradi takega načina pisanja za enkratno uporabo (paloma žurnalizem) tukaj ni omenjeno bogato (milijardno) javno sofinanciranje Tesle in Muskovih projektov. A ima toga...
