Infineon for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2012 expects a sequential revenue decline of about 10% and between 13% and 14% Total Segment Result margin. For the fiscal year 2012, the Company expects revenue to be down a mid single digit percentage relative to the 2011 fiscal year. Total Segment Result margin for the fiscal year 2012 is expected to be a low to mid teens percentage of revenues.
