In conjunction with the French civil aviation authorities and the bodies involved in the judicial redress procedure, Aigle Azur, in great economic difficulty, has unfortunately been obliged to cancel all its flights since 7 September 2019.

The airline’s financial situation and the resulting operational difficulties no longer made it possible to operate flights.

The airline’s financial situation does not make it possible to guarantee compensation. The bodies involved in the procedure will have to initiate proceedings to this end. You can assert your rights and claims with the Judicial Agents according to the following procedure:

Canceled flights – how to declare your claim :
If your flight is cancelled, you can file your claim with the legal representatives in the insolvency proceedings.

They have made a dedicated website available to help you do this: www.aigleazur.online

If payment was made by credit card, passengers on cancelled flights can also ask their insurance company if they may obtain refunds or compensation for their ticket.

For tickets purchased from travel agencies, it is the passengers’ responsibility to contact their travel agency to examine the terms for the refund, replacement or compensation of the cancelled ticket.

If none of these solutions is possible, we kindly ask passengers to acquire a new ticket while filing their claim with the judicial representatives by clicking on www.aigleazur.online.

For passengers who have flown on Aigle Azur and whose return flight is cancelled, other airlines may offer special fares for the purchase of a new ticket.
