"Captain Rado Antolovic, MBA has been Managing Director of P&O Maritime Services Pty Ltd since June 20, 2013. Captain Antolovic oversees the development of P&O Maritime Services in three core business areas - Government Services; Port Services and River Barging and Minerals. He served as Managing Director of DP World Constanta from 2007 to 2011 and Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of JSC group in Novorossiysk, Russia. He served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Finance and Economy and Group Chief Executive Officer of Nscp Group at Joint Stock Company Novorossiysk Shipping Company since November 2012. He served as a Member of Management Board at Public Joint Stock Company Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Public Joint Stock Company Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port from July 9, 2012 to March 19, 2013, and also served as its General Director until March 19, 2013. He served as an Acting Chief Executive Officer of Public Joint Stock Company Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port from April 11, 2012 to July 9, 2012. He served as Deputy General Director of marketing and sales at Public Joint Stock Company Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port. Mr. Antolovic served as Vice President of Marketing Sales and Development at Public Joint Stock Company Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port from March 31, 2011 to April 11, 2012. He has been working in the port industry since 1976, and since 1997 he has developing and managing container terminals over 1 000 000 TEU in capacity. From 1997 to 2000, he served as Director General of Vostochny, Russia's first commercial container terminal, where he managed terminal development from scratch. Later, Mr. Antolovic occupied top level positions at companies like MOL (Mitsui OSK Lines), APL (American President Line NOL), P&O Ports and CMA CGM. From 2005, he worked at DP World Group, one of the world's largest port operators, from 2005 to 2007 as Chief Executive Officer of Asia Container Terminal in Hong Kong; from 2007 to 2009 as Managing Director of DP World Russia & CIS; and from 2009 to 2010 as Managing Director of CSCT Romania, the largest Black sea container terminal. He has been a Member of Supervisory Board at Luka Koper, d.d. since October 7, 2013. In 1985, he graduated from the Edward Kordeli University in Ljubljana majoring in marine engineering. In 1991, he has received a bachelor's degree in transportation business from Sydney University, from 2008 to 2010, Mr. Antolovic completed an MBA at the Macquarie university in Sydney, as well as TBM at the DP World institute.
