claude/tradingview:
The numbers say this is roughly a fair repricing, not a panic. The decree placed JTI’s stakes in four Russian businesses under the management of Industrial Assets: JTI Donskoy Tabak, JTI Yelets, Kres Neva and Petro, which run the manufacturing sites. The shares went untraded in Tokyo on Friday, set to fall by the daily limit. Thursday’s close was ¥7,769, a fresh high. The TSE limit band at that price is ¥1,500, so limit-down is ¥6,269, or −19.3%. That matches the nearly 19% lower indication.
Russia share of group revenue: about 10%
Russia share of operating profit: almost a quarter, 20–25%
