When Slovenian managers came in Skopje they have Makedonised their managerial skills...no HR department but family department, personel hired under unknown circumstances and in small towns there are petit burglars (usually family members of some ONE personal from Skopje) that represent the company which harms the image, adverts are like funny clips without impact, in total there is a lack of managerial knowledge combined with Balkan manners. The regulatory body is liberal and gives open number transfer, when me and my family transfered the numbers last month to Mobilkom Austria we never doubted about the decision, the process was several hours, ONE doesn't attract, that is the true fact!!!NLB is similar,hope you will not wonder soon or later..cheers
