O isti švabski zadevi še v angleščini (originala AP žal ne najdem):
Stuttgart (AP) - In bitter dispute over driving bans in Stuttgart, the German Environmental Aid (DUH) has sought a plea against members of the Baden-Württemberg government to enforce the nationwide driving ban for Euro 5 diesel.
In the sights are Minister-President Winfried Kretschmann (Greens) and Interior Minister Thomas Strobl (CDU) and the Stuttgart Government President Wolfgang Reimer. Their political action was crucial to the question of whether the judgment of the Federal Administrative Court would be implemented, argued the environmental aid.
The Administrative Court of Stuttgart confirmed on Tuesday the receipt the day before. The state ministry said that the state government took note of the request. The country has four weeks to comment.
The organization will request imprisonment for up to six months should the decision of the Administrative Court of Stuttgart of July 2017, as confirmed by the Federal Administrative Court, not be implemented. Accordingly, the Stuttgart clean air plan must also contain zonal driving bans for Euro 5 diesel in the existing environmental zone. So far this is not intended. Since last January, driving restrictions apply to older diesel vehicles in the state capital.
Also in Bavaria, the association has national politicians in the sights. His complaint will be heard by the European Court of Justice on 3 September on possible coercive detention of Bavarian politicians for disregarding court rulings. The reason for this is the refusal of the state government, despite a court order, to include the possibility of diesel driving bans in the clean air plan for Munich.

Stuttgart to introduce diesel driving ban in 2019
Southern Germany's automotive capital will become the second major city in Germany to impose a partial diesel driving ban. It is another blow to diesel makers and owners after the turmoil of Dieselgate.
